Maybe a long weekend but even then its hard to pick a spot I'd want to be without my family so it'd probably be somewhere not family friendly like a girls weekend in Vegas so I could not have the guilt of wishing my kids could see the things I was seeing. I am hoping to go to blog her for 3 nights next year but will only be able to do it if I've saved enough to pay for that trip AND a family vacation as we haven't had a vacation in over 4 years. The closest I can come is taking my daughter to college. We driving from Chicago to Mass., just the 2 of us, leaving the three boys and my husband at home.
